At Morsarvet af Sjöfälla we offer a beautiful stay in the South Swedish Highlands. Here you can relax in quiet nature, close to forest and lake. You stay in one of our Annex houses and enjoy peaceful and memorable weeks in the beautiful South Swedish Highlands of Småland.
About North Annex
The “Norra Annexet” is the north wing of three yellow houses, with the lake right outside. You have a private park area of about 6000 m² with two dining areas, beach, open fire place, and boat.
Ground Floor
Open-plan kitchen with modern amenities with a big dining table. A master bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine, floor heating throughout, a fireplace with windows on three sides. Patio doors lead directly to the outdoor area. Indoor/outdoor sound system.
Upper Floor
A living room with a large sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and games. Two smaller bedrooms: one with a 120 cm bed, the other with two 80 cm beds.
By the Lake
A second dining area, a lakeside platform where you can swim and moor your boat, this is just 70 meters from your doorstep.
Arrival and departure
During spring, summer and early autumn check-in and check-out is Saturday’s. During the rest of the year we can offer more flexible check-in/-out timings.

About South Annex
The South Wing “Södra Annexet” is a charming yellow house with lake views, just 250 meters from your boat and private beach.
Ground floor: A nice master bedroom with a 160cm wide bed. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer & stove. The dining area is outside the kitchen or upstairs. Bathroom is spacious with a shower, W/C and washing machine.
Second floor: A separate bedroom with a 90 cm bed, plus another bed in the living room. The living room has large windows and three zones: TV area, play area, and a spacious dining table. You also have your own garden with access to walking paths, outdoor furniture, a grill, a shared sauna, and a separate beach.
Other things to note:
In high season (mid of June to end of August) we can only accept saturday-to-saturday bookings.
The house is over 200 years old, and the ground floor has low ceilings. We don’t recommend it for guests taller than 190 cm.
