At Morsarvet af Sjöfälla we offer a beautiful stay in the South Swedish Highlands. Here you can relax in quiet nature, close to forest and lake. You stay in one, or both of our Annex houses and enjoy peaceful and memorable weeks in the beautiful South Swedish Highlands of Småland.

North annex
A calm and private place surrounded by beautiful nature. Here you stay close to the lake, with your own outdoor areas to relax, read a book, and enjoy quiet evenings.
The feeling is peaceful and personal, with space to slow down and enjoy Swedish countryside life. You have your own boat, jetty and beach just a few steps from the house, making it easy to explore the water or just sit and enjoy the view.

The space
The house “Norra Annexet” is the north wing of three houses, it is beautifully yellow, just like the other houses. You have the lake literally on your doorstep. You have your own garden / park area of approximately 6000 square meters. The house has five beds and a large bed sofa. Downstairs you have a kitchen in open plan, with all amenities and highest comfort, all from 2011, including dishwasher and dining table with six chairs.
A patio door out to the patio and a fireplace with windows on three sides, which heats and lights up nicely. Downstairs there are also – master bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The entire ground floor has floor heating. Upstairs we have the living room with bed sofa, play area, large flat-screen TV, games and other fun. There are also two smaller bedrooms, one with a 120-bed and the other with two 80-beds. There is an indoor/outdoor soundsystem. You have a platform by the lake that you can bathe and attach the boat with easy access.
N.B: in high season you can only rent the house on a weekly basis (saturday-to-saturday). Bedlinen and towels is SEK 195/pp.

South annex
A warm and welcoming old house with a soft, natural atmosphere. Here you live surrounded by park areas, horse pastures and fresh air. It is a calm and comfortable place where you wake up close to nature and enjoy quiet mornings, long evenings and a slower rhythm.
Two private outdoor areas, 250meters from the house you have your own boat, jetty, dining areas, open fire place. The lake lies ready to be explored. Both annexes can also be rented together. Contact us for pricing.
The space
The South Wing “Södra Annexet” is beautifully yellow, just like the other houses part of the yard. You have the lake in view, & only 250 meters to your boat & your own beach.
Ground floor: A nice master bedroom with a 160cm wide bed with beautifully carved sliding doors. The kitchen has a normal size fridge, freezer & stove. The dining area is just outside the kitchen or upstairs.
The bathroom is quite spacious with a shower, W/C and washing machine.
Second floor: Upstairs you have a separate bedroom with one 90 cm wide bed. Another bed is situated in the corner of the living room. The living room has big windows with three areas, one big sofa & tv area, one playing area, and one bigger dining table.
In high season you can only rent the house on a weekly basis (saturday-saturday).
Guest access
Own garden with direct access to various walking paths. Outdoor furniture. Grill. Access to a common sauna. A separate beach.

The house was built over 200 years ago & it is good to know that the ceiling height at ground floor is lower. We wouldn’t recommend the house for someone taller than 190cm.
